Donald Lenny

May 29, 1942 - May 16, 2023

Donald George Lenny, age 80, after a lengthy battle with COPD, passed away at University of Alberta Hospital surrounded by his family.

He is survived by his wife Hanne, son Guy (Karen), stepchildren Mikael (Mark), Martin (Carmen), and step grandchildren Madison and Nico, whom he adored.

He is also survived by brothers Ray (Charlene), George (Rosie), and sisters, Joyce (Don), Carolyn, Barbara (Frank); and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by first wife Rena and daughter Pamela; sisters Gail & Darlene (Randy), mother Rose and father George.

Donald had a long time career in management with Edmonton Exchanger. He recently received his 65 year recognition pin from the Boilermakers Lodge 146. Donald was the most kind and generous soul, loved and respected by everyone who knew him. He will be deeply missed.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, May 25 - 11:00 am at Parkland Funeral Services in Stony Plain, 3502 44 Ave., Stony Plain, AB T7Z 1L1
