Dwayne Kenneth Langton Nernberg

1977 - 2023

It is with heartfelt sadness and consolation that the family of Mr. Dwayne Nernberg of Parkland County, AB announces his passing due to cardiac arrest on December 18, 2023, at the age of 46 years.

Dwayne will be remembered as a great friend, a hard hugger, and a kind soul. He worked hard to ensure his family was provided for, and he was the happiest while spending time with his children. He was a great dad, son, brother and friend and will be greatly missed by many.

Dwayne will forever be loved and remembered by his daughter Chyler; his sons Kheilan & Cash; Liane; his parents Virginia & Kenneth; his sisters: Angela (Darren), Sheri (Scott), and Bonnie (Murray); his nieces Maysen and Kennedi; his nephews: Zachary, Jake, and Sam, as well as many extended family and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, December 28, 2023 at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 5021 – 52 Avenue, Stony Plain, AB. Following the service, friends and family are invited to celebrate Dwayne’s life at Stony Plain Boston Pizza.

If friends desire, donations can be made in Dwayne’s name to the Mazankowski Heart Institute. Friends are also encouraged to become a Champion to the Buddy Up Campaign (www.buddyup.ca).
