Kim will be loved and missed eternally by her two children: Justine and Levi Klause. She will also be missed by her brothers: Lyle (DeeDee) Trithart, Rob (Elaine) Trithart and her sister Lynn Doering (Rob Paddon) as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and great family friends.
Kim was predeceased by her husband of 31 years Larrie Klause; two brothers Edward and Laurier Trithart and her parents Laurence and Lillian Trithart.
A Funeral Service will be held at the Heritage Pavilion, 5100 41 Avenue, Stony Plain, on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 2:00 pm with Reverend Roland Kubke officiating. .
Second chances come very rarely in this lifetime, and despite her passing, Kim had lived an additional seven years after her initial cancer diagnosis. Though one could argue that those seven years were at times not easy, it allowed her the time to raise her babies into young adults, along with many more victories along the way. Kim’s absolute love for bears and appreciation for second chances had caused her to fall in love with the Northern Lights Wildlife Society’s television show.
