Garry Russell Hittle

1950 - 2023

It is with great sadness that the family of Mr. Garry Hittle of Devon, AB, announce his passing on August 5, 2023 at the age of 73 years.

With a warm smile and kind heart, Garry was always willing to lend a hand and help out anyone, whilst also welcoming that person as a friend. Whether going dancing, perhaps to a movie, or spending time in each other's company at home with one of their cats, Garry's greatest joy was to be together with Dorothy Van Yperen, his love and spouse for over 40 years.

Garry will be loved and missed by his brother Harry (Corrine) of Calgary; his sister Elaine (Thomas) McHugh of Edmonton; his aunt Ruth as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Garry was predeceased by his parents Alice & Harry; his uncles Frank, Raymond, and Russell as well as by his cousin Bryan.
