Helen will be remembered for her gentle kindheartedness, as well as her love of the outdoors. She loved the simple things in life and enjoyed camping and gardening.
Helen will be forever loved and remembered by her husband and best friend of 59 years, Zygmunt; her son Andrew James (Melinda); her grandchildren Jakub & Emeryk; her sister Mary as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
She was predeceased by her parents Joseph & Josephine; her infant sister Sophie and by her brother Edward.
The family wishes to express a special thank you to Dr. Sophia Pin & Dr. Siu-Chung Chu from the Cross Cancer Institute, Dr. Sonia Fairfield, as well as Westview ER and the Hospice staff.
Memorial Donations may be made in Helen’s memory to the Cross Cancer Institute – Ovarian Cancer Research.
