For 84 years he lived on the family farm in the Woodland/Keephills area.
After stepping away from farming, he worked for over 20 years as a millwright at TransAlta’s Sundance Plant.
He was predeceased by his parents Josef and Olga Zach.
Left to mourn are his sister and brother-in-law, Corrine and Andre Paradis, several close cousins, and his dear long time friends in the Woodland/Keephills district.
The family would like to thank the staffs at Devon Community Hospital, CopperSky, and Laurier House Lynnwood for their thoughtful care.
Cremation will take place at his request. A gathering to celebrate his life will take place at a later date.
