Our family has lost a beautiful soul. Tilly lived a wonderful life enriched by the love of the many people she touched with her kindness, grace, generosity and spirituality. Tilly’s quiet strength, unshakeable integrity and limitless capacity for caring will continue to lift and inspire us and to guide us through the pain of her loss until we are whole again. She was dearly loved by so many.

We are grateful to have so many wonderful memories with Tilly. They will be forever cherished by her dear children; Jack (Renate) Goerz, Gordon (Diana) Goerz and Elaine (Herb) Wood, Step-children; Marjorie Springman, Karen (Gordon) Fuhr, brother Carl Baron and sister Emma Ulmer and by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She will also be missed by Robert Hill, extended family and friends. Tilly was predeceased by two husbands John Goerz and Barney Springman and step-son Jack Springman.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 3, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at St. John Lutheran Church, Beach Corner, Alberta with Pastor Roland Kubke officiating, interment to follow in the church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to St. John Lutheran Church, RR 4, Site 1 Box 17, Beach Corner, Alberta T7Z 1X4 or to the Meridian Foundation, 5303-47 Street, Stony Plain, AB T7Z 1P1.
