

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Pauline Bernice Cramer of Stony Plain on the 17 of September 2024 at the age of 90 years
Pauline grew up in Tofield Alberta on a mixed farm, utilizing every resource they had,even picking rocks to sell to construction companies to help support the family while their father was in World War II.
She then joined her older sister Muriel in the big city where she finished her schooling in Edmonton she went on to work as a ward clerk at the university hospital. It was soon after she met her beloved Don, on the weekends they enjoyed going to the bar to listen to country music and dancing the evening away with often one beer lasting them the whole night, ending it driving home on the back of Don’s motorcycle where she always felt safe.
One of the many joys of Pauline‘s life was gardening she took great pride in her garden, gardeners are special people it takes patience and perseverance, and the love of living things to grow a garden or a beautiful flower. At Christmas time everyone always looked forward to “the box” which was often filled with an assortment of canned goodies, pickles, her renowned raspberry jam and canned raspberries that was often enjoyed on ice cream.
Pauline was the most selfless forever loving, patient, soft and witty person you could ever meet
She was a devoted wife, sister, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, special friend and neighbour to all that knew her, always putting others first.
Pauline is survived by her brother, Buddy Ray, her children Douglas, (Linda), Trevor, Beverly, (Ross Secord), Donna(daughter-in-law), six grandchildren, Jesse(Ashley), Jacqueline (Dan), Tristan, Teela, Richard,Paige(Shaun), five great grandchildren, Vincent, Ezekiel, Arita, Riley, and baby Plesuk, and a host of good friends and family that meant the world to her.
