I was very sorry to read of Ray's passing in the Stony Plain Reporter.  I have great memories of our times together when our children were young.  My thoughts and prayers go out to all the family members at this difficult time.

We were both very sorry to hear about your loss.  Ray was someone we looked up to in our early Christian walk and now we pray for your comfort.  My Dad often asks after Ray, remembering how they golfed together when he visited from England.

Remembering Ray when the four of us, Ray, Brian Pearson, Norm Steinke and myself would regularly golf at the Ironhead Golf course and after 18 holes of golf, we would retire to Fay and Ray's home to enjoy the 19th hole with a "quencher" on the upper deck. Great memories and our condolences to the Jones family, he will be missed.

My sincere condolences on Ray's passing.  Ray was my mentor for the Board Secretary position when he left Edmonton Public Schools.  He was a scholar and a gentleman with infinite patience.  He looked so forward to his retirement so that he could spend more time with family and friends.  Ray's was a life well lived.  May your memories of your times together be a comfort to you.

Condolences to Fay and family. It was the Edmontoon Public School Board's gain to have the services of so capable, articulate and conscientious a leader as was Ray. It was my good fortune to have worked so closely with him for the many years. In particular I admired him for his honesty and integrity in all his dealings whether within the administration or with unions. At the negotiating table he was at his best. He had the complete trust and respect of all because of his record of performance. His sharp pen often accurately condensed hours of deliberation into a single sentence.

We are thinking about all of you and know that the many happy memories that you have will be a comfort to you.
