It is with sincere sadness that I read of Bob passing.  We both grew up in the Smithfield district where we started school. Bob was very active in the district and highly respected by everyone who knew him. I have many fond memories of Bob. I'm sure he is watching over all of us each day. Fairwell my good friend.

Glen and family, my deepest sympathy is with you at this time, so sorry I was unable to be there today.I will always remember Uncle Bob's dry sense of humor.

Our condolences go out to Glen, Elli and family, during this time of grievance. I have fond memories of Uncle Bob going back to my earliest days. As I sit here at the computer I see, on my desk, a venerable toy, a "G.I. Joe and the K-9 Pups" given as a Christmas present by Uncle Bob and Aunt May when I was just a toddler. Margaret and I are glad that we had a last visit with Uncle Bob during our trip to Alberta this past May. May time take you beyond todays sorrow and leave the best memories of happy times alive into the future.
