Valerie Flint

The family of Valerie Flint of Stony Plain, is saddened to announce her passing on January 10, 2023 at the age of 81 years. Valerie is survived by her partner and best friend of 33 years David Spokes; her son Colin; two daughters: Julie Flint (CJ Scott) and Bev (Boyd) Nicholson; seven grandchildren: Amy, Kylee, Matthew, Sarah, Colin, Hayley and Bryan; one great-granddaughter Natalie; her family in England including her four brothers: Larry (Val), Paul (Jacqueline), Mark (Joanne) and Gary (Karen); two sisters: Lynn (Kevin) and Hazel as well as numerous other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her by her husbands’ Bryan and Christopher and her parents Lawrence and Ida Hobson. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, February 3, 2023 at 11:00 am from the Royal Canadian Legion, 4902 44 Avenue, Stony Plain with Pastor Gary McKellar officiating.
