Bill will be lovingly remembered as a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He shared 64 wonderful years with his wife and best friend, Susan, creating a lifetime of memories with his family.
Bill had a deep love of fishing and could often be found casting a line on any lake or ocean he was fortunate enough to visit. Whether close to home or on a new adventure, he enjoyed the peace of being on the water and the excitement of the catch.
A lifelong Edmonton Oilers fan, Bill proudly cheered on his team and enjoyed following the Oilers through every season.
Bill also had a passion for sprint car racing and loved the excitement, speed and atmosphere that came with being at the track.
Bill will be forever loved and deeply missed by his wife and best friend, Susan; his children, Dave (Shelley), Deborah (Calvin) and Dana; his grandchildren, Cody, Catherine (Spencer), Sarah (Stewart), Travis, Michael (Kelly) and Sean (Kelisha); and his nine great-grandchildren, Sophia, Ella, Hudson, Hannah, Benjamin, Wells, Baker, Barrett and Walker. He is also survived by his brother, Bob, as well as many extended family members and friends.
Bill was predeceased by his mother, Olga and his sister Mary-Lou.
