Marie Annunziato

Marie Annunziato passed away on June 22, 2014. She was born on July 19, 1940 in New York City to the late Salvatore and Christine (DeRosa) Merolla. She worked for Bell Atlantic in White Plains, NY. Marie enjoyed spending time with her family, and will be missed dearly. Marie is survived by her son, Carmine J. (Carol) Annunziato of Garnerville, and grandsons, Christopher Annunziato, Stephen Annunziato, Tommy Kohn, and Michael Kohn. Marie is predeceased by her brother, Louis Merolla, and sister Kathryn Messiano. We lost a great woman after her battle with cancer. She was a caring and giving person and always had a smile on her face. She would do anything for anyone. All she wished for was everyone to be happy. She will be missed by all who knew her. The Annunziato family will receive friends on Friday, June 27th from 4-9pm at Higgins Funeral Home, 73 North Liberty Drive, Stony Point, NY 10980. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, June 28th, 10am, at St. Gregory's Barbarigo Parish, 21 Cinder Road, Garnerville, NY 10923. In lieu of flowers, donations in Marie's Memory may be made to the Joe Raso Hospice Home, 415 Buena Vista Road, New City, NY 10956
