Catherine Wilson Lloyd of Coral Gables and Vero Beach, Florida died on December 26, 2025, in Stuart, Florida. She was born on June 21, 1941, to Helen Cavenaugh Lloyd and J. Harlan Lloyd of Coral Gables. She was a loyal friend, daughter and sister who radiated grace and kindness. Catherine graduated from Stuart Hall in Staunton, VA and Rollins College in Winter Park, FL where she was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta. Realizing her passion for social work, she obtained a master's degree in social work from Tulane University. Her life-long career helped many individuals, including decades serving in patient care at the Children's Home Society of Miami and South Florida Treatment and Evaluation Center of Miami. After her retirement, she volunteered at Vero Beach Hospice.
Catherine is survived by sister Elizabeth Mansfield Lloyd.
