Daniel R. Casey Sr.

Daniel was born in Jacksonville, AL, and moved to Okeechobee, Florida after residing in Palm City, Florida.

He was of the Baptist faith, Co-Founder of the AA Club, Stuart and former President of Youth Football, Palm City, FL. Daniel also served in the US Army in the Korean War.

Prior to retirement he was the owner of Dan Casey Paint Contracting, Inc. of Palm City, FL, for 42 years.

Survivors include his companion Joyce Willis of Okeechobee, FL, 2 daughters, Denise Williamson of Wetumpka, AL and Joy Casey Lounders of Dandridge, TN; 2 sons Daniel R. Casey, Jr. of Lake Placid, FL, and Patrick Casey of Stuart, FL; 4 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Jack Casey of Laurel, MS, and Fred Casey of Jacksonville, AL, and sister Margena O’Neil of Destin, FL.

Visitation will be held on Saturday August 21, 2010, from 4:00 to 6:00PM at Aycock Funeral Home, 505 South Federal Highway in Stuart, FL. Services will be held at 6:00PM.
