David was a deeply spiritual friend.  I came to know him through the "Men of Saint Joseph," the men's group at St. Andrew's Catholic Church in Stuart.  Dave was somewhat frustrated with the format of the meetings because he longed for the opportunity to participate in a sharing group rather than what was more similar to a bible study.  His experience of a sharing group at his prior parish up north served as a benchmark that was not available at St. Andrews.  Dave had the gift of tears.  It was not uncommon for him to choke up when sharing a meaningful thought or experience.   I loved that about him. My blessings upon Linda and family.  May he rest in peace.  
 

I am truly sorry to hear about Dave. What a wonderful, generous individual very loving you will be missed in so many ways rest in peace, my cousin.

I have known Dave for only three years, but it didn’t take that long to consider him a good friend. He had a special way of making golf fun. I will miss the visits we shared on my daily bike rides while he was out playing street tennis with his faithful canine friend. I met Dave by chance and worked for him and Linda at their home. This was 16 years ago, and I have been working for them ever since  we  became good friends over the years.  Beautiful people and I will miss Dave immensely.  Rest peacefully Dave and our most sincere condolences to Linda and the Baiata family.

We are so saddened to learn of Dave's passing.
Dave was a wonderful human being.  So compassionate and caring.  When Joe Johnson was dying, he would call Joe and pray with him. 
When we would do the greeting after the Our Father at the 9am Mass, I would always look for Dave and Linda to wave and they would wave back.
Dave was a regular with our Friday golf group and I know he will be missed.

Dear Linda & Family,
  I only know David through my husbands family genealogy.  He reached out to me when he noticed I was sad & just recently sent me a lovely devotional book JESUS ALWAYS.  I wanted to tell him how meaningful it was & how touched I was by his kind gesture.  I wondered why he hadn't answered my queries about his recent hospitalization.  Now I know he has gone on to be with Jesus.  I am so so sorry for your earthly loss, but he is now in glory.  I will miss seeing him on our "Family Group".  R.I.P Dear David.

So very sorry to hear of Dave’s passing.   I’ll always remember him as being a very kind man.   Over the past few years I enjoyed his very sweet comments about family photos being shared on Facebook.
