Born in Tacoma Washington and traveled to many places over the years as a military wife before moving to Stuart Florida.
She was a member of Tropical Farms Baptist Church for many years.
Donna is survived by her daughter Eileen Parsons, her son Jeff Van Tuinen, grandson Bradley Parsons, and her 3 sisters Delores Mittelmark, Debbie Kurtz and Diana Lambing.
She is pre deceased by her husband Albert Van Tuinen, her sister Glenda Taylor, her brother Dale Long, and Granddaughter Brittany Parsons.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, January 17, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Tropical Farms Baptist Church in Stuart. She then will be buried next to her husband in San Angelo, Texas.
