She was preceded in death by her father, Roy Luckhardt; her beloved mother, Leona Luckhardt; and her sister-in-law, Alice Luckhardt.
Elisa is survived by her devoted husband, Jerry Austin, with whom she shared a life full of companionship and joy. She is survived by her son, Brian Austin and his wife, Bridget Austin; her brothers, Grant Luckhardt and his wife, Arabelle Luckhardt, and Greg Luckhardt; as well as her niece, Cassandra Luckhardt.
Elisa spent her entire life in Stuart, where she built deep roots and lasting connections. She found her greatest happiness in the simple moments—spending time with her husband, caring for her beloved cats, and creating a home filled with comfort and kindness. Her love for animals, especially cats, was a defining part of who she was.
