Fred E. Taylor

Born in Detroit, Michigan, Mr. Taylor had been a previous resident of Springfield, Massachusetts prior to moving to Hobe Sound, Florida in 1972.

He was a mechanic in the automotive industry and was a member of St. Christopher Catholic Church.

Mr. Taylor was a veteran of the United States Air Force.

He is lovingly survived by his wife of 49 years, Theresa Taylor of Hobe Sound, Florida; daughter, Christine Frank (Robert) of Stuart, Florida; son, Freddie E. Taylor III of Grand Rapids, Michigan; brother, Glen Taylor (Kathy) of Ruby, Michigan; sister, Connie Suzerk (Thomas) of Ann Arbor, Michigan; six grandchildren, Jarrell, Devin, Tara, Gregory, Bradley, and Morgan, and one great grandchild, Illeana.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, May 26, 2011 at 10:00 AM at St. Christopher Catholic Church in Stuart, Florida, with a visitation to follow at Aycock Funeral Home in Stuart, Florida from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
