Today would have been your 51st birthday.  I wanted So Much to be able to call you today and hear your voice  Instead i put a White Rose at your grave. It's so Horrible, Nightmare to have to do that instead.  I Miss You. I Love You.  I know you're here in Spirit. I know that i Have to Learn to live with this.  But NO Amount of Time that goes by will lessen the Sadness, Heartbreak and Pain that i feel.  You were Not Just  my Cousin for 50 years, you were Also My Friend for the Last 30 years. My Beloved John, It's been over a month since you left us.  I think about you every day, I cry every day.  I agree with you David, it has not gotten easier, it's gotten more difficult.  I think the reason why is that reality sets in.  I think when we are in that moment of when it happens and we're their with eachother crying at the wake and funeral- it's such a shock that it just doesn't seem real.  It's after all that, the quiet aftermath that it all sets in.  I do believe John, you have shown me signs that you are here with me in Spirit.. One  night i was crying so bad for you,  and I felt these hands on my back- i do believe it was you..  Showing me you were there, and trying to comfort me and showing me that you are here..  In Spirit.. There have been other signs i do believe that you are from you...  I love you John, and when i posted in September that no amount of time will make this easier- it's true.  You will always have my heart my Dear Beloved John  I miss you SO MUCH xoxo

Being from Waukegan, IL north of Chicago I missed the pizza since moving to Stuart back in 1980.  John Pusateri brought the best pizza here and made many people happy!  I only knew him through the pizza.  I am so saddened to hear how young he was and of the family he leaves behind. My heart goes out to his family.

We were so sad to hear this news today.  We moved to Florida from Chicago 11 years ago and drove to Stuart on many occasions to get awesome Chicago pizza at Pusateri's.  We were always made to feel at home.  Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family.  Donna & Marty Merkau

My son Kye has worked at Pusateris for a number of years.He called me and told me of John's accident,Kye was crying and shaken by John's passing.John was not just a boss to my son but also a friend and mentor.He taught my  son about having a strong work ethic and inspired Kye with his sharp mind and many achievements. John took my son Kye to Jamaica. I remember My son telling me what a great time he had there with John... and how John treated his Jamaican friends with dignity and respect and they were treated back with same.John was like a second father to my son and his life from meeting him will forever be a positive influence. I heard great reviews about pusateris pizza, i walked in to say hi to a friend who works there about 2 wks ago. I didnt realize u had to buy a whole pie, during the hussle and bussle of john and employee getting ready to open for the day, john offered to make me a pizza even though john was pressed for time...i declined the offer...but i walked away with a smile...to the family of john pusateri..there are no words i can say to ease your pain, but i wish u peace and strength to get through your loss. In  god we trust, amen.

Those we love don't go away,they walk beside us everyday,unseen,unheard but always near. Still loved,still missed. John was a great boss and also a friend. His sense humor always had us laughing at work,and when we all went out. We will miss you.......
