He was born in Bound Brook, New York and lived in Stuart, Florida and The Woodlands, Texas.
He served in the United States Army and was also a member of the Army Reserve.
Joe loved golf. He was a member and attended St. Martin dePorres Catholic Church when he was in Florida.
He leaves behind his sister and brother in law Jeannette and Frank Starr of The Woodlands, Texas.
A Graveside service will be held on June 25, 2015 at 1:00 am in Fernhill Memorial Gardens in Stuart, FL.
