O. Franklin was born October 24th, 1942 in Jacksonville, FL before relocating to Palm City, FL. O. Franklin was predeceased by his parents, Olin and Margaret Wolfe as well as his brother, Chip Wolfe. O. Franklin is survived by his Wife, Judie Wolfe, Children Amy (Kevin) Wells and Keith (Lauren) Carroll, Brother John Wolfe and Grandchildren Zachary Wells, Peyton Wells and Lauren Anne Carroll (Phillip) DiMenno.
A memorial service for O. Franklin Wolfe, Jr. will be held at 1PM on November 18th, 2023 at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, located at 623 SE Ocean Blvd, Stuart, FL 34996.
