

Richard Charles Bone, 83 years old, born in Johnson City, NY and a resident of Hobe Sound, Fl, passed into the arms of the Lord on Friday, October 16, 2015. Richard was born on February 21, 1932, the son of Graydon Richard and Beatrice Fern (Rozelle) Bone. He proudly served in the United States Navy during the Korean Conflict era. He trained at the Naval Training Center in Great Lakes, IL. During his enlistment, he served on USS Valcour; USS Coral Sea and USS Cadmus and was stationed at NAVREC STA, Norfolk, VA. He was discharged in July 1955 and served an additional four years in the Navy Reserve. Richard and his wife, Betty Jean, owned and operated Twin Rivers RV and Mobile Home Park in Hobe Sound for 50 years. He was a member of the Rural Water Association Richard’s Passions were his love for the Lord, his family, race cars and camping. He is survived by his beloved wife of 62 years, Betty Jean Bone; daughter, Janette Brewer; son, Jimmy (Catherine) Bone, all of Hobe Sound. grandchildren; Kacie, Adam, Bella, Tracie, Tia and Tammy; and nine great grandchildren. Visitation, 5pm to 6pm, Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at Aycock Funeral Home Young & Prill Chapel, Stuart, Fl; with prayer service at 6pm. Interment at South Florida National Cemetery will be private.
