Richard Koppe

Born in Hackensack, New Jersey, Mr. Koppe had previously lived in San Diego, CA before moving to West Palm Beach, FL.

He was an Operations Management Specialist, having worked for several contractors, both civilian and for the US Government for over 20 years.

Mr. Koppe was of a member of Bethesda by the Sea Episcopal Church in Palm Beach, FL.

He was a life member of MENSA, and an accomplished linguist. Mr. Koppe loved ocean sailing, fox hunting, Polo and horseback riding.

Mr. Koppe is lovingly survived by his brother, Mark C. Koppe, Sr. (Lola) of Elko, NV; nieces and nephew, Lori, JoDee, Kami, Rachelle, Dionitia, Mark Jr. and Dache; several great nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, September 2, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Bethesda by the Sea Episcopal Church in Palm Beach, FL. Interment will be held at Maple Grove Cemetery in Hackensack, NJ under the direction of Volk-Leber Funeral Home of Teaneck, New Jersey.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his honor to Bethesda by the Sea, 141 South County Road, Palm Beach, FL 33480
