

Roberta Rembe, August,15,1928 of Stuart, Florida, died on April, 10th, 2026 at the age of 97 years.
Roberta was born in Winslow, Indiana, August,15,1928 the youngest of ten children to Rev. James & Ola Jones. She spent much of her early years in Ayrshire Indiana, where she enjoyed being a drum majorette in an all-girl drum core in High School and developed a passion for roller skating. She eventually met, and fell in love with, her roller skating partner, and future husband to be, Mr. Robert Earl Rembe.
At the young age of Nineteen, Roberta married Robert Earl and the couple went on to enjoy a long-lasting marriage of over Fifty Seven years. The two lived in various locations throughout Florida, such as Clearwater, Jupiter, Hobe Sound, and Stuart. The Rembe’s also lived in Rio Linda, California and Princeton, Indiana.
Roberta was a stay at home mom and always enjoyed attending her children's sporting events. Roberta did, however have a few part-time jobs outside of the home, such as: Working at Mrs. Murphy’s Donut Shop in Jupiter, Florida and a lunch lady at Jupiter High School, in Jupiter, Florida. The students called Roberta “The Cookie Lady”. Roberta enjoyed spending quality time with her grand children and great grand children. Many fun days were spent at grandma’s house with sleepovers and carefree adventures!
Roberta loved attending church and she was a fantastic singer. She liked to memorize and quote Bible scriptures and she was very dedicated to her Christian faith! Roberta taught each family member, from the oldest to the youngest, to love Jesus!
Fun Fact: Roberta’s nickname was “Pinkie”. This name was given to her by the staff at her assisted living community, Stuart Senior Living, formally known as “The Stuart Lodge" because she loved the color pink!
Roberta is survived by:
Son: Bob Rembe of Roseville, California. Daughters: Charna Rembe-Mayo of Jupiter, Florida and Melanie Sue “Suzi” Rembe- Foley of Hobe Sound, Florida. Grandchildren: Scott Rembe, Randi Rembe-Spurdle, Dawn Mayo-Riley, Kerra Mayo-Hunter, Krista Foley- Brown & Allison Foley. Roberta currently has Nine Great Grandchildren along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Roberta was predeceased by her parents, all of her siblings and her husband.
Roberta will be laid to rest, alongside her husband, in the military section at Riverside Memorial Park, Tequesta, Florida
Roberta has undoubtedly touched the lives of many!

A Funeral Service will be held at Aycock Funeral Home Young & Prill Chapel, 6801 SE FEDERAL HWY, STUART, FL 34997, US, on April 17, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm.
