Born in Elizabeth, NJ, Victor had previously lived in Meutchen, NJ, before moving to Martin County to go to the Jensen Beach campus of the Florida Institute of Technology in 1975. He was an engineer technician and worked for Pratt & Whitney for 22 years and was recently hired at EPA Green LED.
Victor graduated from FIT in 1986 and earned his BA degree in Organizational Management at Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2012. His passion is Christ, and he lovingly shared with everyone from all walks of life how Jesus had died for the forgiveness of our sins so that they, too, could receive Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. He loved oceanography and swimming, as well as scuba diving. Victor loved to run, animals, and sharing Jesus with everyone and used his many talents to organize events to help others. He was comfortable talking to people of any age and background and instantly warmed the heart of even the shyest child when he donned his Santa Suit to bring the joy of celebrating Jesus' birthday to preschoolers. He also had a special gift of connecting with the students and young adults served by the enABLE program during the Friday Night Angels ministry.
He was an ordained Deacon, and an active member of First Baptist Church of Jensen Beach. He currently was serving his Gideon brothers as Camp Vice President of Martin County Camp #U09093. Victor was a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals of the Treasure Coast and was on the Board of the AFP Foundation Chair~Every Member Campaign. Twice he was the Loaned Account Executive of the United Way of Martin County-once while while serving as a floor supervisor at JC Penney and later at Pratt & Whitney.
Besides be a devoted and loving husband and an awesome Dad, he also saved the life of a total stranger by administering full mouth to mouth CPR, caught a burglar and held him down while waiting for the police and even pursued a drunk driver that hit him so that others would remained unharmed.
