He led a wonderful and rich life. In his professional life he was a business litigation attorney, thoroughly enjoying the competition and challenge of seeing that his clients were well represented.

He became an accomplished bread maker and was renowned for his delicious scones.
He will be desperately missed by his wife of 40 years, Melanie, his family, and his friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Angeline and Harvey Bennin, and his sisters Jane (Frank) Kremer and Lois Bennin. He is survived by his wife Melanie, his sister Mary (Jorge) Cardona; two nieces, Anne (Dean) Strauss, Elizabeth (Tim) Flanigan; and two nephews Joe (Stephanie Adamany) Kremer, and Oliver Luis Cardona.
