We were new neighbors and only knew Tim for about a year or so. In that short time, we grew to really enjoy our interaction and discussions with Tim.  We were always so thankful for his smile, wisdom, and our growing friendship.  We will miss him.

I hated to see Tim's passing.  I know he is in heaven with all the angels now!

I have so many memories of Tim, one of the first to come to mind is myself and a crew of guys working with Tim...  36 hours straight to prepare a bid!  Carley at one point came and slept under a desk.  We won that bid, and did another requiring another 24 hours straight work.  That was the hardest week of my life I believe!  Tim was a rock and kept a positive attitude throughout many a bad situation.  

He drew the house my son lives in now on a napkin and helped me to build it.

I look forward to seeing him again when I get where he is.  Until then, I will miss his posts.

My journey of life with Tim began when he decided to marry my sister, Heather. I could tell then they were going to be quite the pair! So many memories ensued after that, some of the fondest involving travel, holidays, weddings, and several Florida adventures but one of the most meaningful was Tim’s hand in designing the landscaping for my first home back in 1983. He approached it like his own home. 

I learned so much from Tim in that project and went on to share that knowledge with others as I could. He implanted a love of gardening within me. To this day many of those plant designs remain in place gracing that home. 

Tim left those type of legacies all over. But I know the legacy that Tim treasured most was his faith in Christ and the sure hope it offers, and it’s declaration that this isn’t the last chapter. I rest assured that Tim is preparing my next heavenly home with the same loving landscape ready to welcome me and all others who know the saving grace of Jehovah-Jireh. 

Look for me when I arrive, Tim… I’ll be the one wearing the Clemson cap you gave me.

I remember when you were here in Sneads Ferry and we'd get together at Rick's Restaurant, we've been FB friends ever since on the Sneads Ferry Village News and PM.

I'm so sorry to hear you went to Heaven long ahead of us but we will all share a beer again someday.

Heather and Carley,  so sad to hear about Tim.  I met him at Clemson where we were both majoring in building construction. We kept in touch for many years although I am not so good with Facebook!  I did follow him and kept up.  We got together some over the years and now I wish it was more often.  We always had lots of laughs and I thoroughly being around him.  You guys (and I) were very fortunate to call him friend, father and husband.   George Cook

Heather and Carley, Mary and  I send our deepest condolences for your loss. Tim and I kept up with each other with random calls and FB messenger regularly and I will miss those conversations.  He always taught me something from the day I met him on Camp Lejeune, NC work with base housing. He was a great man and will truly be missed by all of us.  God's speed Tim! 

I was a classmate of Tim’s at Dykes High School in Atlanta.  He was in my homeroom and we were in Drama Club together.  He was one of the nicest guys ever and I have nothing but good and happy memories of him.   My most heartfelt condolences to his family in this time of sorrow.  I pray they will have the strength to weather this blow.  I hope they will be comforted in the knowledge that he was very much loved and  will be sorely missed.    I am so grateful to have reconnected with him and revived our friendship via Facebook.  Tim was truly one of the good guys.  In Judaism, we say “May his memory be a blessing.”  His life certainly was a blessing to all of us.  Rest In Peace, dear friend.

Tim was one in a million!  He was an integral member of the Drama Club at Dykes High School where he crawled amongst the rafters to set the lights and generally made all on the stage look good. He also was a wonderful photographer, and he generously gave me several pictures from that era.   He was unfailingly pleasant and so much fun to be around.  It was always great to visit with him at class reunions; and so encouraging to witness his walk with the Lord.  He a Clemson Tiger and me an Auburn Tiger made for many exchanges on Facebook during Football Season.  I am thrilled to learn what a wonderful husband and father he was, and loved seeing the pictures of his daughter's wedding.  A man who lived his faith, he will be greatly missed.  


I knew Tim in high school. He was always kind and had a warm personality. In the last couple of years I had the privilege to know him on Facebook as a man of conviction, wisdom, and faith. I am saddened at the loss of this brother in the Lord. I didn’t know he was suffering. I know he is in the presence of our King and rejoicing with the angels.

Thank-You Tim for being such a great neighbor!!!!                                            I will miss all your great advice and words of wisdom.                   Always going that extra mile and helping  your neighbor's whenever they needed help.                                                                                                                                I will miss seeing you sitting up on your pouch in the morning  with Guss  as I walk by with Guinness and our exchange  of views on politics, life events, and family .
You took such pride in your home and family. 
 Some truth in life are hard to accept. Your memories  will never be forgotten.  May your soul rest in Peace! I will miss you!!!!!!!


I am so sorry to hear about Tim's passing.  We were classmates at W.F. Dykes HS in Atlanta GA.  I have enjoyed seeing him on FB as well as some of the reunions.  Many thoughts and prayers to the family during this difficult time.
