Born in Nicolaev, Ukraine, Victor escaped during World War II in 1949 and lived in Brazil until 1953. He then moved to Massachusetts where he owned a machine shop in Framingham called Victor Lab. Victor moved to Stuart, Florida in 1976 and worked at Grumman Aerospace until 1998 and most recently had worked for Armstrong.
Victor enjoyed fishing, boating, gardening and using his machinist skills to improve items around the house.
He is survived by his loving wife, Betty and his three sons, Victor, John and Mike; six grandchildren, Meghan, Liam, Sydney, Lauren, Luke, Jake; brother, Alexander Swyrn; sisters, Erica Canez and Eugenia Zilz.
Victor was preceded in death by his brother, Albert Swyryn.
A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Stuart, FL.
