I remember mostly how she always greeted me with a smile.  Her face is so clear in my memories.  My love to all of you.  She was VERY SPECIAL to many, especially my family!  I love you Ann....

I have such fond memories of Friday night bingo at Anna Lee's when I was younger, and her famous bread and potato salad.  I recall her always being so kind and patient. And to look back at the contribution she made to the community as the sole dispatcher for SDRS and the sacrifice and commitment that took was beyond measure. To this day, I can still hear her voice coming across my mom's pager toning out an emergency call.  She will always be fondly remembered.  So sorry for your loss.

Anna Lee, you were truly one-in-a million !!  You are only gone from our site; your memories will forever keep you close to our hearts.

Though we didn't spend much time together as all the little cousins grew older, you were so very special to me and our family. You made us Kennedy Kids feel special, always having a funny story to share. Thank you, LeeLee, for just being you. Your soul has surely gone to heaven, and I will look for you beyond.               The Dash 
I read of a man who stood to speak
at the funeral of his friend.
He referred to the dates on her tombstone from the beginning to the end.

He noted that first came the date of her birth & spoke of the following date with tears,
but he said what mattered most of all
was the dash between those years.

For that dash represents all the time
that she spent alive on earth…
and now only those who loved her
know what that little line is worth.

For it matters not, how much we own;
the cars…the house…the cash.
What matters is how we live and love
and how we spend our dash.

So think about this long and hard…
are there things you'd like to change?
For you never know how much time is left.
That can still be rearranged

If we could just slow down enough
to consider what's true and real,
and always try to understand
the way other people feel.

And be less quick to anger,
and show appreciation more
and love the people in our lives
like we've never loved before.

If we treat each other with respect,
and more often wear a smile…
remembering that this special dash
might only last a little while.

So, when your eulogy's being read
with your life's actions to rehash…
would you be proud of the things they say about how you spent your dash?

What a wonderful mother in law who truly made me feel like one of her own.She taught me many lessons on how to be a good wife and mother and she gave me the best gift of all her son Rusty.Thirty Four years later hes still my best friend,so much love and laughs over the years Maw Maw you were one special lady!!!

From the time you said,. "you never thought I would be sitting down at your dinner table", to now.  You were a positive influence on my life and  treated me as a son, even thou I was only a son-in-law (now ex) for 25 years.  You were like a mother to me and will sadly be missed. I love you LeeLee
