Jeff is survived by his wife, Beverly (Easley) Hartley; his children, Angela, Nathan, and Jonathan Hartley; as well as grandchildren, DeyShon Hartley and Trinity Ratliff. In addition, he is survived by his mother, Louise Hartley, and his brother and sister-in-law, Tony and Phyllis Hartley; and many other dear family members and friends.
He was a proud, long-time employee of VDOT, where he worked as a project inspector.
Reception and visitation will be held Saturday, March 14, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. followed by a memorial service at noon to honor Jeff’s life. Both will be held at Tabernacle Presbyterian Church, 1301 Red Top Orchard Road, Waynesboro.
