Clair Leaman Hershey

Clair L. Hershey of Stuarts Draft, departed this life to be at home with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, February 20, 2021 surrounded by his family. Clair was born July 17, 1934 in Gap, Pa., a son of the late I. Leaman and Alice (Hershey) Hershey. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son. Survivors include his loving wife Myrna of 66 years; his four children, Kerry Hershey and wife Karen, Kriste Pettway and husband Wayne, Karin Fitzgerald and husband Steve, Kalise Heffner and husband John; 15 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and two great-grandchildren to be born. Clair enjoyed his career in sales, but more so, serving his Lord through his Church, Gideons International, and Love in the name of Christ Ministeries. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at Ridgeview Baptist Church, Ridgeview Drive, Stuarts Draft with Pastor Don McClure officiating.
