

Born May 18, 1980 in Waynesboro, she was a daughter of Pamela Verne (Burgeson) Chandler and the late William Lee “Billy” Chandler.
Kelly had a big heart and took great pride in being able to help others. She enjoyed spending time with her family, decorating and crafting. She will be remembered as a loving mother, daughter, girlfriend, sister, aunt, cousin, niece and friend to many.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Dolores Robertson; paternal grandparents, Lyle Abraham and Florine Virginia (Campbell) Chandler; aunt, Betty Richardson; uncle, Ronnie Chandler; and cousin, Jeremy Chandler.
Survivors include her three children, Kaitlyn Allman, Hunter Allman, and Alisha Henley; grandson, Branson Kuhn; boyfriend, Anthony Henley of Staunton; mother, Pamela Verne Chandler of Staunton; two sisters, Laurie Adams and husband, Kenneth, of Greenville, and Danielle Bottenfield and husband, Stevie, of Swoope; nephews and nieces, Steven Bottenfield and wife, Destiny, Brittany Bottenfield, Cheyenne Bottenfield, Robbie Adams, and Cody Adams; great nephew, Lane Webb and one soon to be born great-niece or nephew; uncles, Gerry Chandler and wife, Shelley, of Stuarts Draft, Mark Chandler of Stuarts Draft, and Freddie Richardson of Harrisonburg; aunts, Connie (Chandler) Lotts and husband, Barry, of Stuarts Draft, and Connie Griffin of Montebello; a number of cousins and extended family.
Following cremation, the family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, July 21, 2023 at the home of her mother, 80 Howardsville Road, Staunton.
