I am deeply saddened to hear of Jeff's passing.  I have many wonderful memories of time spent with him, including concerts in Boston, hours in the garage, hanging out in the Dean Road kitchen, playing with Jethro, and one memorable afternoon watching Jeff at work in his radio station.  Mark and I talk each year about the Marathon Day parties and the fun we had there.  I regret losing touch with Jeff after your mother's death.  Sending my heartfelt condolences to the entire family,
