

Laura (Bedigian) Chiodo, 68, of Sudbury died peacefully at home on Sept. 25 with her family after a courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her devoted husband of fifty years, Frank Chiodo, her loving children, daughter Pina Chiodo of Marlborough, sons Frank Chiodo Jr. and his wife Rosanna of Bolton, and Paul Chiodo and his wife Christine of Maynard and her adored grandchildren, Chase Lessard and Frankie, Adam, Nina and Laura Chiodo. She is also survived by her brother-in-law Ralph Chiodo and his wife Ines of Watertown, niece Marianna and nephew Joseph, his wife Jennifer, and many good friends.
Laura was an accomplished painter and an active member of the Sudbury Villagers, the Red Hat Society, and the Sudbury Senior Center. She loved singing, books, poetry, serious Scrabble games, cooking for a crowd, and most of all her family.
Funeral from the Duckett – J. S.Waterman & Sons Home of Memorial Tribute, 656 Boston Post Rd., (Rt. 20) Sudbury, Thurs. Sept. 29 at 8:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Anselm Church, 100 Landham Rd., Sudbury at 9:30 AM. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Interment Wadsworth Cemetery, Sudbury. The family will receive visitors at the Funeral Home, Wed. Sept. 28, 4-8 PM.
