Margaret “Peggy” Ann Clark (Roos), passed away on January 23, 2026, at the age of 75. She was a resident of Marlborough, MA. Peggy was born on April 26, 1950, in Bronxville, NY, the beloved daughter of Phillip F. Roos and Doris E. Roos (Forsberg) and the younger sister of Nancy Roos. Peggy was raised in Mt. Vernon, NY, and graduated from Mt. Vernon High School in 1968. Following graduation, she obtained an associate's degree at the University of Bridgeport, Class of 1970.
Peggy began her career as an administrative assistant at General Foods, where she met the “love of her life”, Robert "Bob" Clark. They were married for 50 years. She devoted herself to raising her children. Once the children were older, she resumed her career as an administrative assistant at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School, the METCO program, and the New England School Development Council (NESDEC) until her retirement in 2016.
Upon reflection, there is no doubt that Peggy held family and friends in the highest regard. She was a loyal and thoughtful person who valued connection through simple gestures such as sending a card or email and exchanging stories to share a laugh. Peggy was a good soul, which she shared with all who knew her.
Peggy was a competitor and enjoyed many physical activities such as tennis and pickleball. She also had a passion for hobbies such as birdwatching, reading, knitting, and was an avid pet lover. She was a member of the First Church in Marlboro.
Peggy is survived by her devoted husband, Bob Clark, and her beloved family: children Amy Margagnoni, Bryan Clark Laurie (late), and Jason Clark; their spouses, Greg Margagnoni, Keri Clark, and Alexis Clark; and grandchildren Caitlin Cornwall, Alex Cornwall, Ethan Clark, Emmi Clark, Ella Margagnoni, Elyse Margagnoni, Jacob Clark, and Harrison Clark.
A service for family and close friends will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Peggy’s memory to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
