Susan Carol (Nardi) Yazluk

Age 79, of Sudbury passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, January 21, 2023.

She was the daughter of the late George and Assunta Nardi. Susan was the proprietor of The Charis Shoppe in Ansonia, CT. She and her beloved husband Richard Walter Yazluk were former residents of Oxford, CT and later Clermont, FL. They were longtime and enthusiastic members of the Oak Lane Country Club in Woodbridge, CT as well as Kings Ridge in Clermont FL. She was a regular fixture on the golf course and tennis courts. She and Richard were avid travelers, logging many a joyous mile on numerous ocean cruises and trips.

Susan will be forever remembered by her family as a loving mother, sister and devoted grandmother: she is survived by her daughter Cheryl Boland and her husband Jim of Sudbury; her daughter Leslie Kerwin and her husband Jake of Oxford, CT; her grandchildren Kyle Boland of Denver, Ryan Boland of Boston, E. Zachary Kerwin, MacKenzie Allister Kerwin, and J. Spencer Kerwin; her sister Judy LaRocca of Madison, CT; and her brother-in-law Robert Yazluk of Seymour, CT. She was predeceased by her brother-in-law Jack LaRocca of Derby, CT, and her late brother George Nardi and his wife Doris.

A Memorial Luncheon will be held at the Charter Oak Country Club, 394 Chestnut Street, Hudson, on Sunday January 29, 2023 from 1:00-4:00 PM.
