Evie Gillman, a resident of Monsey, died peacefully with her children and grandchildren around her on August 18, 2015, at the age of 93. She was predeceased by her husband of 55 years, Murray Gillman.
Evie is survived by her 3 children, Steven and his wife Gillian, Betsy and her husband David, Andrew and his wife Arlene, and 8 grandchildren, Emily, Claire, Sean, Mikaela, Marissa, Austin, Ethan and Alexa.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, August 23, 2015, at 10:30a.m. at Brick Church Cemetery in New Hempstead, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to United Hospice of Rockland, 11 Stokum Lane, New City, NY 10956, (845) 634-4974, www.hospiceofrockland.org.
