Irene Rose Kelly

Irene was born to Stephen and Nettie (Kashynsky) Romansky on April 28, 1931 in Nyack, NY. She was and active volunteer with United Hospice of Rockland and a member of the Montebello Seniors as well as the Woman’s Club of Suffern. Irene was a devoted parishioner of St. Boniface Church in Wesley Hills, NY.

Irene is survived by her beloved children Sue Ellen Kelly, Richard Kelly, Stephen Kelly, and James Patrick Kelly, adored grandchildren Kathleen Moss, James Richard Kelly, Daniel Stephen Kelly, and Andrew Kelly, caring sister Kathleen Adair, and cherished niece Karen Smith. Irene was predeceased by her husband Richard Stanley Kelly in 1992 and her nephew James Furfaro.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 from 2-4 & 7-9PM at Wanamaker & Carlough Funeral Home, 177 Route 59 in Suffern, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, April 30, 2015 10:30AM at St. Boniface Church, Wesley Hills, NY with burial to follow at St. Anthony’s Cemetery, Nanuet, NY.
