Michael Duffany of Sloatsburg, NY passed away April 21, 2011 after a courageous battle with cancer. Michael was born on September 29, 1957 to Helen and Bill Duffany of Dumont NJ. He graduated from Dumont High School, class of 1975. Michael worked as a union carpenter (Local 15, Hackensack, NJ) for greater than 30 years. Michael is survived by his loving wife Eileen (Barron) and his 3 children James, Meghan, and Ryan. He is also survived by his parents, Helen and Bill Duffany of Huddleston VA, and his brothers and sisters; Cathy Flagg of Montvale NJ, Billy (Shelly) Duffany of Port Murry NJ, Lisa ( John) Waddon of Whippany NJ, Steven (Julie) Duffany of Haworth NJ, Peter Duffany of Chestnut Ridge NY, Debi (Tony) Donofrio of Woodcliff Lake NJ, Diane (Pete) Andresen of Old Tappan NJ, and many nieces and nephews.
