I am so sorry that I am just learning of Barbara's passing.  She was a fantastic teacher.  We adored her as did our children (who are all now adults).  May God bless her family.  I know you all know how she was loved by so many.  Rest in Peace sweet lady.

Ms. Beal taught both of my boys in third grade and we will miss her very much.

Barbara was my best friend in high school and college - the sister that I always wanted. We had many fun times together in band, working at Baskin Robbins, and staying up all night playing cards with Van Johnson and Mike Barrett. She was twelve days older than me and we celebrated our birthdays together for many years.

Barbara, Vicki, and I were the best of friends at Robert E. Lee High School in Tyler, Texas. I have many fond memories of us riding around with John Fortenberry in his "Taxi Cab of the Stars" (I think it was a Thunderbird, blue and white). Many great memories of this wonderful friend. Barbara was our next door neighbor.  I didn't know her well since we only moved in a year ago.  We only spoke a few times but she was so sweet and I could tell she loved to teach and she also talked about how much she enjoyed her family, especially her niece.  We are so saddened to hear of her passing.  Our prayers and thoughts are with her family.

Barbara was a dear friend.  Having taught with her many years at LV, I knew her as a creative teacher who loved and cared for her students.  I'll miss her.

Ms. Beal was such a wonderful teacher and made it her life's work to give her students a strong foundation on which to build their future endeavors.  She will be sorely missed but will continue to live on in all of the amazing adventures upon which her students will embark.  Our son, Kyler, was in her third grade class last year.  We feel so blessed that she left an imprint on his life that he will carry with him forever.  Our prayers go out to Ms. Beal's family as well as our gratitude for sharing such a treasure.

I worked with Barbara at LVE for several years.  She was a dedicated professional who wanted only the best for her students.  We will miss her.

She was an inspiration to all of us at Lakeview and will be dearly missed.

Ms. Beal was my third grade teacher. I am now 33 years old and when I heard of her passing from my parents, also fellow teachers, with heavy heart I was transported back to the classroom as vivid as if it were yesterday. I am so sorry to hear of this loss and my heart and prayers are with her family and friends. She will be missed by all those she touched.

Dear Bobby and Betsy.  My prayers are going to be with your family during your loss of Barbara.  I knew Barbara as a sweet, gentle and caring lady.  Rejoice in knowing that heaven is sweeter now with another angel there.  May our God give you comfort and peace at this time.  Trust HIM.

It is hard to believe that Barbara will not be at our family get togethers.  She will be truly missed by us all.  We love you, Barbara.

I am sorry to hear of Ms. Beal's passing.  Ms. Beal taught my son, Austin last year at Lakeview.  She was such a special person and enjoyed teaching, she even came to his baseball games.  She will be missed dearly.  My heart and prayers are with her family.
