I have many fond memories of hitting up the dance floor with Billie!  She was greatly loved and will be missed. Sending thoughts and prayers to the family. 

Rest Easy Billie .  We had many laughs together and many good times.  Songs that will always remind me of you and our good times, still bring a smile to my face.  Prayers  for your loved ones that you leave here on earth, especially Nolan and Mike.  You will never be forgotten, Billie.

We worked together in HR at Citgo - where she always displayed her love for the Mike , Nolan  & Astros - she was extremely proud of the accomplishments Nolan made - you will be truly missed - Rest in Power

My heart breaks that I did not get to tell you good bye and thank you for your friendship and support for the last 20 years. We worked together at Texas Children’s Hospital in HR but remained friends even after our careers took us on separate paths. Good Friends.  We worked together at Citgo. We laughed a lot, argued a bit, always had love for each other. She's been a beautiful blessing to me as my friend, my coworker and prayer partner. She will be missed. She was my "Jaacq ueline" & will continue to make me laugh in my memories of our lunches together.  Prayers for her family.

I am deeply saddened to hear of Belinda's passing.  She and I worked in the HR department at CITGO and had several wonderful conversations about our kids.  She spoke often about her son and how proud she was of him and his love for baseball.  I will always remember how she always had a smile on her face and how she brightened up the hallway.  

My dear friend…. a kind, intelligent woman who loved her family so very much.  We enjoyed watching our sons play baseball together at CUA in washington DC and laughed our heads off.   She had a fun,  sharp sense of humor and a religious devotion to our Blessed Mother. Her friendship enriched my life so much. I will miss her deeply…. the Lord has an another angel amongst him… my BFF, Belinda.  i will always pray to you my BFF. Mike and Nolan you take care of yourselves the way she would want you to!
