CLARA JOE FRANKS, left this world to join her Lord and Savior on Monday, February 17, 2014. She fought a brave and hard fight with cancer for several months. Joe was a longtime member of Sugar Creek Baptist Church in Sugar Land, TX. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Ralph Franks. Joe will be deeply missed by her children, Donna Pruett, Byron Loney (Nancy), and Greg Franks (Kim); sister, Ruth Mount; grandchildren, Joey Pruett (Beth), Kelley Colvert (Morgan), James Franks (Kia), Billy Loney (Megan), and Brandon Franks; great-grandchildren, Jordan, Justin and Jake Pruett, Lexi Abigale Loney, Cutter and ViviAnn Colvert, and Kellan Franks; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, February 21, 2014, at The Settegast-Kopf Co. @ Sugar Creek, with a visitation beginning at 10:00 AM. Interment will immediately follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park, in Rosenberg, TX.
