Connie trained me as a Dispatcher at Stafford Police Department in the early 80's. She was a great Dispatcher and Police Officer. I find great comfort in knowing she is no longer suffering, nor in pain. My deepest condolences for your loss to Mrs. Baker, Cathy and John.

We wish to express our deepest sympathy upon the untimely death of Connie. She was one of HPD'S greatest dispatchers as well as a personal friend to so many of us who worked with her.The many years she devoted to the community service will be long remembered by the people of Houston.May her memories be a source of comfort.

I met Connie when we worked together at the Stafford Police Dept back in the early 80's.  She was a fine officer with impeccable work habits and a woman of integrity.  She will be missed by many. I know she is resting in heavenly peace with our Lord. I pray that God will grant her family peace and comfort during this difficult time.

Connie and I worked together at Stafford Police Department. I trained her in communications, and in turn I learned a great deal from her, as she had more experience than I. Gone too soon, but I know she is at peace and without pain and with that I find comfort, as I hope her family does as well. Peace Be With You.
