John Edward Ross, Jr. age 74, of Houston, TX, passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2012. He is survived by his wife Nora, his son John E. Ross III and wife Rebecca, brother Bernie and wife Dorothy, four grandchildren, and additional grandchildren by marriage, as well as nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife of 41 years, Barbara. There will be a memorial service to honor his life at Congregation Beth Messiah, 9001 W. Airport, Houston, 77071 at 2:00 PM on Sunday afternoon. The burial will be Monday at Forest Park Cemetery on Westheimer at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, the family would like to honor his memory with donations to Congregation Beth Messiah, designated for the Youth Building.
