Katherine Yvonne Moreno, 67, of Sugar Land, Texas, passed away on December 9, 2025. She is survived by her beloved son, David; her daughter-in-law, Denisse; her cherished grandson, Sebastian; and her sisters, Linda and Jeannette. She was preceded in death by her parents Linda and Alfonso.
Born on March 20, 1958, in Monterrey, Mexico, Katherine was a lifelong educator and psychologist who dedicated her life to serving others with compassion, wisdom, and care. She moved to Sugar Land in 2013 and was a cherished elementary teacher at Fort Bend ISD for 13 years.
A gathering to celebrate Katherine's life will be held at Settegast-Kopf Company at Sugar Creek, Sugar Land, Texas, on Saturday, December 13, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Flowers are welcome
