She was a native and lifelong resident of Sulphur and was a graduate of Sulphur High School. Ashley loved fishing and being around the water. She was a very loveable person who never met a stranger and being a comical person, she loved pulling pranks on her friends and family. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Survivors include her fiance' Charles Holland of DeQuincy; her mother and step-father, Belinda and Danny Price of Carlyss; her father and step-mother, Homer and Monique Burnett of Canyon, Texas; two step-sisters, Vivian Alvarez of Canyon, Texas and Samantha Bertrand of Amarillo, Texas; three step-brothers, Daniel Price of Anniston, Alabama, Michael Price of Sulphur, and James Wright of Longville; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 22, in First Baptist Church of Carlyss. The Rev. Steve Shirley will officiate. The family will receive friends beginning at 9 a.m. Tuesday.
