

Kade was an avid outdoorsman with a passion for hunting, fishing, riding four-wheelers and motorcycles. He loved being a member of the Two Wheel Junkies Motorcycle Club. Kade will be remembered for his big heart, beautiful smile and a deep love for his family and friends.
Survivors include his parents, Kirk and Sheila Barbier of Sulphur; sister, Karissa Barbier of Sulphur; brother, Eric Joseph Barbier of Belle Rose; maternal grandmother, Gurdy Romain Quebodeaux of Sulphur; paternal grandfather, Joseph Barbier of Moss Bluff; his Nanny, Phillis Shelton of Sulphur; Great Uncle, Ronnie Mayon of Morgan City; aunts and uncles, Valerie Blanchard of Scott, Stephen Barbier of Moss Bluff, and Patrick Quebodeaux of Westlake; his best friend and "Bro", Phillip Hebert of Moss Bluff; and his beloved yellow Lab and hunting companion, Gauge.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Joseph C. Quebodeaux.
His funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, November 23, 2014 in Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. The Rev. W. T. Darnell will officiate. Burial will follow in Mimosa Pines Cemetery South of Carlyss.
