She was a Cameron native and lived in Sulphur for 15 years. She attended the First Baptist Church of Carlyss. She enjoyed watching TV and spending time with her family.
Survivors include her daughter, Grace Courmier of Carlyss; son, Michael Trahan of Sulphur; 9 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and 17 great great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband Belonie "B" Trahan and her parents, Adam and Mattie Duhon.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, August 11, in The Baptist Cemetery in Cameron. Visitation will be from 9-11 a.m. in the funeral home.
