Stacy Renee' Hebert-Peloquin

She was born on April 18, 1969, in Sulphur, Louisiana to Charlyne and Robert Hebert. She was a lifelong member of the First Christian Church of Sulphur. Stacy attended Maplewood Elementary and Middle School. She graduated from Sulphur High School and graduated in 1987 where she was a flute and piccolo player for the Sulphur High Band of Pride.

She then pursued a career in cosmetology from Demmons School of Beauty and went on to own and operate Creative Attractions Hair Salon until 2016. At this point she stayed home to watch her goddaughter and great nephew.

Stacy enjoyed spending time with her grand-dog Dixie Rae’, “bonus sisters” Leslie, Lori, and Jon’ and all her cousins, nieces, and nephews. She also enjoyed crocheting, crafting, and playing bingo.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Dean Peloquin; one daughter Kennedy Rae’ Hebert (August “Gus” Breaux); her mother, Char Hebert; Goddaughter Kinleigh Jones; one sister-in-law Jennifer Whatley; four brother-in laws Darrell Peloquin, Shannon (Kate) Peloquin, Aaron (Connie) Peloquin and Mark Buller.

Stacy is preceded in death by her father, Robert Lee Hebert; brother, Glenn “Bear” Hebert; grandparents Gloria and John Dixon and Emily and Isaac Hebert; In-laws Ruby and Curtis Peloquin; sister-in-law Stephanie Buller; and brother-in-law Warren Whatley.

A celebration of Stacy’s life will be held at First Christian Church Disciples of Christ, 1401 Argin Street in Sulphur, Louisiana on Sunday, December 21st, 2025. Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm with a service at 6:00 pm. Honorary Pallbearers include: Gus Breaux, Chris Jones, Tim Miller, Gavin Robinson, Joseph Miller, David Underwood.
